Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing the use of the VoIP telecommunications services provided by ONVOIPTELECOM LTD ("we", "us", "our"). This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. General Principles

We define fair use as usage that does not exceed 5 times the average usage of similar customers. We will contact you before taking any action if we believe your usage is excessive.

- Temporarily suspend your Services
- Permanently terminate your Services
- Report the activity to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities
Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice before taking action, unless the breach poses an immediate risk to our network, other customers, or is required by law.
